If you do not agree, do not use Bookr. ## The service Bookr is an ebook reader application. You can upload, read, and annotate EPUB files. The service is provided by ****, autónomo, Spain. ## Your account You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use it for any illegal purpose. ## Your content You retain ownership of any content you create (highlights, notes). You grant us a limited licence to store and display it back to you. We do not claim any rights over your uploaded ebooks. ## Acceptable use You may only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlicensed commercial ebooks. ## Availability We aim to keep Bookr available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided as-is without warranty. ## Termination You may delete your account at any time from your [settings page](/settings). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
